SHIPPING POLICY

At THE ARK, every product is made to order, just for you. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

1. PROCESSING TIME
• All orders are printed and packed within 3–5 working days after the order is confirmed.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. DELIVERY TIME
• After dispatch, delivery takes 4–7 working days depending on your location.
• Total time from order to delivery: approximately 7–10 working days.
• Remote areas may take a few extra days.

3. SHIPPING CHARGES
• FREE shipping on all orders across India.

4. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
• Cash on Delivery is available on all orders.
• Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
• We may confirm COD orders by call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

5. ORDER TRACKING
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email/SMS.

6. DELAYS
Delivery may sometimes be delayed due to courier issues, weather, festivals or other reasons beyond our control. If your order has not reached you within 15 days, please contact us.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure your address, PIN code and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect address. Re-shipping charges may apply.

8. SHIPPING AREAS
We currently ship only within India.
